Metabolic health company Ultrahuman acquired LazyCo, makers of an AI-powered smart ring. Founded in 2017, LazyCo’s Aina Ring raised a successful Kickstarter marketing campaign final year. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Becoming a member of a rising number of firms using continuous glucose displays to improve metabolic health, Ultrahuman raised $17.5M in funding last 12 months. Expanding its ecosystem, Ultrahuman sees LazyCo’s tech as a path to frictionless nicely-being. "We wish to make it simple to get wholesome.
