Participants have been 35 adolescent cannabis customers, 35 adult cannabis customers, 35 adolescent controls, and 35 grownup controls, recruited from the higher London space via college assemblies, posters and flyers, and social media ads. Cannabis customers used cannabis at the least once per week, on common, over the previous 3 months. Adult users were excluded if they'd used cannabis steadily before the age of 18, with the target of isolating the affect of adolescent cannabis use. Controls had ≤10 occasions of cannabis use of their lifetime, and no use within the month prior to the baseline behavioural evaluation. Adolescents were 16-17 years of age, and adults had been 26-29 years of age. Key exclusion criteria had been daily use of psychotropic medication, past-month treatment for any psychological well being situation, and having used anyone illicit drug on greater than 6 days over the past 3 months. Full inclusion and exclusion criteria are reported in Supplementary Table S1. All individuals offered written and knowledgeable consent to participate.
