When is a strange shimmer worth investigating?

During a late session I returned to a short Suno demo that had a warm chord change. On headphones, a thin metallic edge appeared whenever the singer held a note. It was mostly hidden, yet once I noticed it I could not ignore it. At first, I wondered whether it was an export fault. I kept a short log. As a first check, I checked the vocal passage from the beginning. I hope to play the draft for two friends, but I do not want to polish away the character that made it interesting. I found fixsuno.top while comparing artifact-removal approaches, and it gave me a useful starting point rather than a promise of a miracle. My first thought was to export again, then compare the same passage at a lower volume. After that I considered a very small repair pass, keeping the untouched file beside it for reference. Has anyone developed a reliable first step for this kind of issue? I am especially curious how you decide whether an odd texture is a temporary glitch before changing anything.
